Instagram co-founders Kevin Systrom and Mike Krieger are leaving their company to seek a new project and to see what the world needs. There is uncertainty for Instagram’s future, as Facebook owns the company and their federal investigation earlier this year has been taken note of by media outlets.

The 21st Annual Celebration of Student Research and Creative Endeavors will be held on Thursday, April 19th, 2018on the 4th floorof the Plemmons Student Union.
The Celebration showcases meaningful research in all disciplines by undergraduates and graduate students at Appalachian. Last year, 172 students representing over 20 departments presented their results in either a performance, platform talk, or poster.
